Fixing Forward Head Posture

Healthy posture holds the key to good health and well-being of any individual. Healthy posture is wisdom in living.

Good posture affects optimal breathing, without which you don’t get adequate oxygen, which is essential to your body cells and organs. Unfortunately, many people don’t have good posture because of the way sit, walk, and sleep. A classic example is “forward head posture” which is a characteristic of the elderly.

Many women as men are affected by forward head posture (in fact, women are more likely to suffer from the extra weight they usually carry on their chest which pulls the body forward).

Fix Forward Head Posture helps you fix your poor forward head posture once and for all. Unlike other posture programs which focus on stretching exercises, this unique program focuses closely on the “sequential flow”: that is, it isn’t necessarily about what exercises and stretches are performed, but more about completing them in the right sequence in order to open up and “unravel” the neck so that you can begin to fix your forward head posture and restore balance to your body.

There are a lot videos and online resources dedicated to tackling the problem of forward head posture, yet very few offer a complete solution to fixing the problem at its root.

This unique program has been designed to be used at least three times a week for up to six weeks for maximum effect. Of course, you can go beyond six weeks and incorporate the exercises into your normal program. The full range of 10 exercises didn’t take any more than 15 minutes. Once you have learned the sequence a few times, it will take even less time to complete.

All these exercises are designed to be carried out and completed without any special equipment. You can do the exercises standing, sitting or on the floor.

The benefits of fixing forward head posture are: walking taller, sleeping better, being more confident, boosting testosterone, looking and feeling slimmer and younger.
