Why Prayers Are Seldom Answered

Why Prayers Are Seldom Answered
Your “prayers not answered” means your “expectations not fulfilled.” The TAO wisdom explains why: your attachments to careers, money, relationships, and success “make” but also “break” you by creating your flawed ego-self that demands your “expectations to be fulfilled.”

Disease Origin

The World Health Organization defined health as “a state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being, and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity.” Irrespective of the definition of health, disease undermines the overall well-being of an individual. Therefore, learning the origin of disease may help you prevent disease, and live well.

Life is a learning experience: everything and everyone you encounter can be your teacher, if you are willing to be the student. The more you learn about the origin of disease, the less likely you will become ill.

There is no perfect health and wellness, just as there are no miracle cures for any disease. Your goal in life is to prevent disease to enhance the quality of your life. Learn disease origin.

In Western medicine, the apparent root cause of an illness is diagnosed based on the symptoms of the illness; but the symptoms are merely a reflection of the internal disharmony. Therefore, understanding disease origin holds the key to preventing disease in the first place.

There are three basic and important criteria for understanding the origin of disease: acquiring a mind-set to become well; paying attention to yourself, both body and mind, in a positive manner; and empowering yourself with appropriate information to prevent disease by making the necessary lifestyle changes.

Disease Origin: Cells

Disease begins at the cellular level. Your cells make up your organs and tissues. Disease prevention is keeping them in their optimum conditions.

All About The Cell: Do not lose your battle on your health. Discover a scientifically proven solution to all of your health problems. It is all about the cell. To fight any disease, including cancer, focus on the cell.

Acid-and-alkaline balance

Keep your cells in a balanced acid-and-alkaline environment (the optimum pH level is between 7.30 and 7.40). A too-acidic body is synonymous with disease.

Sources of acidity are: animal proteins, processed foods, sugars; alcohol, coffee, sodas, sugary drinks; tobacco; pharmaceutical drugs; and stress.

Acid Alkaline Diet: Eat a healthy acid-alkaline diet to promote wellness and to avoid disease. It provides everything you need to know about your food choices.

A raw diet

Enzymes are important for proper digestion. Cooking kills enzymes in food. Eat raw regularly for enzymes for optimum digestion. Eat fiber-rich foods to prevent constipation. Disease begins in the colon.

Elimination of free radicals

Your body is composed of may different types of cells, made up of many types of molecules.

Free radicals are reactive molecules, causing biological damage to cells and membranes, and thus promoting disease.

Free radicals come from the environment (chemicals in processed foods, tobacco, pharmaceutical drugs, pesticides etc.) and from chemical reactions (e.g. oxidation during breathing, digestion etc.) within your body. Free radicals can cause cancer, heart disease, and many other human diseases and disorders.

Antioxidants are scavengers of free radicals. To eliminate free radicals, the following five essential nutrients are required:
 • L-carnitineto ensure the proper oxidation of fats within cells
 • Coenzyme Q10to prevent free radical damage within the cell
 • Alpha lipoic acidto regenerate vitamins E and C after oxidation
 • Vitamin Eto protect cell membranes from free radical damage
 • Vitamin Cto inhibit the oxidation of cholesterol and to support the production of the antioxidant glutathione

No matter what, your body may become loaded with toxins from foods, chemicals, and the environment. No matter how your daily bowel movements are (not once every other day, not once every day, but at least twice a day), your body needs detoxification on a regular basis.

Eating right

Eat right; according to one Chinese proverb “Whatever the father of disease, its mother is wrong food” and another Chinese proverb “Disease comes in through the mouth, and trouble goes out through the mouth.”

Eat only super foods. Eat naturally. Go organic, wherever possible. Processed foods are loaded with chemicals to prolong food shelf life but to shorten human life.

Disease Origin: Stress

In addition to preventing disease at the cellular level, it is equally important to prevent disease at the emotional level. Emotions can cause stress, which is another major origin of disease. Stress is your body’s response to increased tension to body cells. Too much stress becomes distress – which is alienation, anxiety, depression, fear, frustration, and ultimately disease.

Chronic stress not only adversely affects the release of hormones, in particular DHEA (a hormone critical to aging and longevity), but also depletes your body of vital nutrients, such as vitamin C and the B-complex vitamins, among others.

Stress is often the precursor to autoimmune diseases, such as diabetes, rheumatoid arthritis, and myasthenia gravis, among others. Visit my website:A Holistic Approach to Autoimmune Diseases.

Stress, accelerating breathing, elevating blood pressure, and constricting blood flow, is the culprit of heart diseases. Distressed emotions, as a result of stress, can also cause cancer.

Primal Stress, by Scott Sonnon, has 224 pages with high definition, color illustrations, detailing the most compelling rational for how stress has come to impact your health and fitness negatively, and showing you ways to recover from that stress so that you can positively adapt to it. Do not just control or manage your stress; eliminate your stress for good!

Disease Origin: the Mind

Understandably, it is not easy to change. Quite often, a health situation has to become critical before we can turn our lives around. Many people believe that in order to change, one needs discipline; however, it is often the discipline that has become the stumbling block to bringing about changes. There is a Chinese saying that goes like this: “To remove a mountain is easy, but to change a person’s temperament is much more difficult.” So, instead of discipline, use repetition to change your mental perceptions. Learning to change the perception changes the response. Any change in lifestyle should be gradual and effortless. Pay attention to the self, not the problem. To do that, you need mind power. Remember, the mind can make you healthy, or it can be the origin of disease. Therefore, the role of the mind in preventing disease cannot be overlooked.

What Will Not Work

To prevent disease, the following will not work:
 • You cannot reply on pharmaceuticals to give you miracle curesno drugs can do what your body can do for itself.
 • You cannot reply on medical doctors to give you miracle curesno man can be a better physician to you than yourself who know what your body needs.
 • You cannot reply on food manufacturers to give you miracle curesthey always put their profits before your health.
 • You cannot reply on the medical media to give you miracle curesfacts are no more than accepted opinions, and truths today may become myths tomorrow.
The secret to any natural healing is to know what is wrong, that is, the disease origin, and to take steps to heal that wrong. You have to reply on yourself. This blog is going to provide you with the all the tools for holistic self-healing. Each individual’s constitution is unique. As such, there is no blueprint for health and wellness.that fits all. Nevertheless, the information provided on this blog will help your follow the natural laws of Nature: the natural laws of eating, the natural laws of elimination, and the natural laws of recovery and rejuvenation
